Criminals of these various groups are either former prison members, corrupt Communist officials and business leaders, people with ethnic ties, or people from the same region with shared criminal experiences and leaders.However, the existence of such groups has been debatable. In December 2009, Timur Lakhonin, the head of the Russian National Central Bureau of Interpol, stated, "Certainly, there is crime involving our former compatriots abroad, but there is no data suggesting that an organized structure of criminal groups comprising former Russians exists abroad", while in August 2010, Alain Bauer, a French criminologist, said that it "is one of the best structured criminal organizations in Europe, with a quasi-military operation.

8) You cannot accuse someone without a solid proofs. (Strictly forbidden and can result in instant kick.)
9) You can ONLY ask to get tested ONCE.
10) Never carry your own hit.
11) You can be in other Mafias/Groups, While being in "Russian mafia".
12) You are not allowed to copy others roleplay stories or their names. (Can result in TEMP blacklist)
13) You will get maximum 3 warnings and at each warning you will gain one X in-front of your name.

Loudy XXX (3rd warning = Kick From family)
Secret Code : You hit me, We hit you.
NOTE :Breaking ANY of server rule will result in instant kick from family and Permanent Blacklist. You can be kick, or you will get warnings for not following family rules. Remember RULES ARE RULES they are made for everyone no matters if he's leader of family or underboss.
