Objects not loaded properly

So buildings, roads, and other textures are blinking and in my game. It happens after i played for 30-60 minutes.
This never happened before. This started occuring after i applied some skin mods. (Which is weird since the affected one is the textures).

This might be a stupid question, i don't usually mod my game so i have no experience in this kind of thing.

This is because of the mods you installed recently. Replace your GTA3 img file with the original gta3 img file.

The mods you installed, corrupted your gta3.img file. If you have backup files, use them or do as Jobin said. Or if you want backup files, you may request for it.

Thanks for the advice, but is there any other way so i can use the mods ?

Right now i'm using a stream-memory-fix something, which is recommended by Nyx, so far no problem occurred.
I'll try playing for a long session to test it.

I thought anything related to CLEO is forbidden

Lol wat ? Who told you that ?

Anything that gives you unfair advantage over another player is forbidden, some cleo mods give advantage, and some don't. I use lods of cleo scripts, like dance mod, some cool effects, stream mem fixes etc. which doesn't give any advantage, just something cool to spend time with and are ALLOWED in Lsrcr.

Those cleo files will only allow you to increase the guy memory limit. No unfair adventages at all.
