Okey, i need some help, i got green water and wierd colors in gta samp.
I uninstalled samp 2 times, and install 2 times in C disc, and D disc,nothing!

it has nothing to do with that, the water effects are in those files...
also try this

Open the game

Esc - Options - Video Settings - Put your resolution on **** x **** x 34 (its the 34 or 32 that u need, not 16 ! )

Check your resolution if its ****x**** 16 change it to ****x**** 32

I dont know, its a glitch, because i fixed now samp like this . CONTROL PANEL>USER>CREAT USER> AND THEN I INSTALL IT ON NEW USER, NOW ITS WORKING GOOD SAMP.

Do you have any mods on your game? mods can cause this to happen, i previously had this problem myself, because of mods. if it is mods that caused it then just reinstalling the game wont help you much, you will have to do this. CONTROL PANEL>USER>CREATE USER thats how i fixed it.
