Suggestion : a new rule (related to swat applications)
explanation : if an applicant got 20 postive votes and hasn't been tested yet ... he gets accepted without being tested
reason : I belive 20 positive votings is a huge number of votings and since the main reason of giving a positive to an applicant before swat test is (skilled in the first place ) therefore members agree that this member is welcomed in the team and have no doubt in his skills ... thank you.

There's no need to vote this. SWAT needs skilled members not just someone who is respected in server.
