Suggestion headline: Add a Senate Congress to Ls-rcr.

First of all thanks to this topic and the SWAT Congress (plan) for inspiring me.

The suggestion :

• An independent official organization, called SA Senate will be created. Players may apply to be the candidates and the candidates will be voted by players *.

• The application will be done in forum / website UCP for 3 days, followed by the campaign period for a week. The senator candidates may do campaigns, bribing or whatever during the period. The voting will be done in forum / website UCP for 3 days after the campaign period. The senate will be re-elected every 2-3 months.

• The Senate consists of 50-60 players.

• The location of the Senate House is the City Hall. The place will be used for senate meetings, congresses and various RP purposes.

• Senators in skin will receive a certain amount of money as their paycheck, which is received every time they are in skin / every time a congress is held (?)

• Senators will have their own group chat, forum section, skin and color.

• The senate may hold a congress when there are 7-10 or more senators online. The congress can only be hold once every 6 hours. (?)

• The Senators may hold a congress, of which results will affect the gameplay. For example :
- Increasing / Reducing the Law enforcement / Paramedic officer's paycheck / bonus.
- Sealing several stores and shops. (The stores can't be entered)
- Changing Vehicles' price.
- Changing items' price, towing fee, PnS fee.
- Demoting / Promoting LEOs. (Cops only, will affect the current promoting system) (?)
- Limiting the weapons in the PD.
- Changing jail time.
- etc etc

If the senate improved something, the other thing will be lowered in order to maintain the balance of the server.

• The senators decision are decided by voting among the senators, the result will be announced in the server automatically.

(*) Only Players with more than 3500 scores and 300 hours of playtime or tagged players may apply. Only Players with more than 1500 score may vote.

Why should this be accepted :

+ More RP possibilities.
+ Adds more game-play features and may improve gaming experience. Some people love changes.
+ More interactions between the players - politic-related RP in the server (Such as lobbying, bribing, agreements between the civilians and the senators, etc).
+ Adds more benefits for tagged players.
- May ruin gaming experience and the game-play itself. Some people hate changes.
- Requires tons of coding and stuffs.
- Too confusing, too complex, not very useful for most players.

Evo the suggestion you have given is nice but there may be some problems like people can also abuse with some features like sealing shops increasing/ decreasing paychecks, law enforcement workings. This will bring a ruined environment for all players. Another thing is that it needs a tons of coding but not a big deal for programmer.

Your suggestion is very good and I love the way you write in a manner that every person can understand easily, but I don't think so that Lsrcr wants a senate. our staff team is very good Lel! They are working well to provide us best experience.

+1 .. amazing idea ... but to avoid abusers .. why don't this faction have a private section and certain members ..? .. this also means that the town located in idlewood won't be robbed anymore?

Actually, this is meant to be abused. Things like lobbies, corruptions, governmental deceives and nepotism exists and happens all the time IRL.
Please consider possibilities of the abuse as a role-play situation.

The members are voted by the players and they will be changed in a fixed basis. The city hall can still be robbed, why not ?

This is, As you mentioned, A huge time consuming matter but actually it's really nice

I would go for +1, It will be more roleplayish and useful, Also would add more feature to our server
