Since I am always in mechanic skin, I dislike this suggestion. I enjoy getting money from the fixing/nitro. I mean in the real world, no mechanic would fix your car for no reason. They will soon ask for a favor and bring up that certain situation.

I think he meant that mechanics can tune their OWN vehicle for free, not someone elses.
