[Suggestion] Allow DM in Army Zones

Suggestion(s): Allow Army members to shoot each other with vehicles/grenades in army zone, The deathmatcher(s) must have confirmed being okay with this via /am and this dming would be really fun, Army members are mature and this won't cause problems between other members, you dislike it? just say it in /am and you are free and it's all good
Why would it be useful: Really fun, increasing the team spirit and a bit of training on vehicles.
Additional comments: You can't deathmatch other army members for more than 10 minutes, or less if you want so, This is added for fun yo, not really srs.

This was never against the rules. But don't get me wrong, ocassional miniguns or rockets are fine as long as it's not bitching and as long as members involved are fine with it.
