A fire will be on your screen, you will call a fireman but when he comes he won't see any fire. Because fire is only updated for the players who are streaming the fire itself. In other words, the fire will not visible for all players, therefore making it impossible to extinguish it. (As there is no fire at all)
The only logical solution for this would be making a fireman job which takes care of server-sided fires which don't hurt innocents, a fire can be setup at random locations and firefighters are supposed to take the fire out. That's the only way, sadly.
