Suggestion headline: Make jail evading a rule break

Importance of suggestion: 10
Why should it be accepted: On every server jail evading is not allowed except on Lsrcr.It's annoying every time you go to a criminal,he quits and comes back.So if this were to be implemented into the server,no one would jail evade and it would be great.

+1 Thats very stupid to jail evade and if u can make the jail evade time is longer than the other jail.
