Question:

Is dragging multiple suspects with their respective vehicles alowed? I mean is it allowed to drag a suspect ride another veh, drag another suspect and so on.

Answer:
Multiple dragging is allowed only when you are not alone (in team & there is more then 1 vehicle). After you've dragged a suspect ,you must go straight to S.A. Police department.
