Suggestion: These are some suggestions that I believe might activate the faction again
Explanation and reason : 1) [Lsrcr]Wajeehbest gets promoted to HWO rank and as he is the only trained WO and he is active, he will train both [Lsrcr]Yakuza and [Lsrcr]Hashish,thus we will have 3 WOS instead of 1

2) We need a new rank (not added to the memberlist), the EO (Event Officer) just like the army ... Events will definitely activate the faction ... members will leave the faction if they do the same thing everyday ... no need to have a weekly event but at least doing something instead of dragging would be nice ... we can add something like the swat bank/safe in which members who want to donate their money for the faction will contribute to update the event system, winners of events will receive their rewards from it and after all, all the money is from members and returns to members

3) We need someone/some players(chosen by CresP) to keep an eye on the members in order to guarantee fair promotions ... Several members complain about the promotions (this is not the best method but perhaps there is another way)

4) I think a topic that includes some guides to the members is needed to avoid further trouble regarding rule breaking ... it will include some points that the members need to follow when doing their duties like : check the vehicle before you drag a suspect , be a team player , be nice to others .... etc ... simple points but I believe this is needed

5) We need more WOS (chosen by you CresP) ... applicants are facing problems and we need to solve this as soon as possible

6) Promotions would be better if they are given depending on the activity and not according to the previous month promotions ... this might ensure the activity of members again and also because we earn promotions monthly and we have no other ways to get a promotion


- we know this might be a risky suggestion but it's just our points of view

-CresP, we just want to tell you that you are a decent leader but we believe you didn't get your chances,we are supporting you and we want to improve swat so that it becomes like before ... Hopefully, something of those will be approved .... Regards,

We did not work on the field training system for nothing. Despite that, it will take place in the upcoming week and the staff are working on its modification. Please be patient, we cannot work on several projects at the same time. With concentration and patience, success is achieved.

So please guys, patience is a virtue.
