Ban Reason: Teleport Hacks

Defence: Hi, this is RiseOfTheDark writing this application for my little brother Ron112235.
He told me he was in cop skin, used G to get into car and attack someone with a vortex.
When he got out from the vortex he cuffed the admin (criminal) running into him and arrested him.
Afterwards the admin tped him to the admins house and talked to him, Ron does not know english so he did not know how to respond, then he was AFK for few minutes and got a ban for teleportation hacks.
*Im telling him what he told me since he does not know english.

I attacked Ron with my Vortex. He entered a car as passenger to avoid being killed. After some time he left the car and teleported directly on my Vortex. I was pretty far away. I left the Vortex, and he arrested me immediately. I asked him in Admin PM to explain this. He ignored me. I sent about 10 Admin PMs, but he ignored all. So I teleported him to me to explain it, but as soon as he saw me, he tabbed out. Not suspicious?
How can he even play here, have more than 1k, but doesn't understand a single word in english and isn't even able to react in any way?
