Are you just kidding me? Re-read his suggestion mate. It's not about getting weapons where ever when ever you want, No. It doesn't give you drugs on spawn + armor, While /dweap "DONATIONS" do that. He's just talking about the "CHECKPOINTS" (RED CHECKPOINTS" located in lsa / Cops safezone / Gangs/mafia's bases. Will be adding a picture, So you can understand clearly.
