Suggestion headline: Chatbox under website header

Why should we accept this:
-If programmable, it would be awesome to synchronize the in game chat with the chat box in website. This will let a user to communicate with the players while he is not at home.

- If not programmable, then it should just let the user to communicate with other active users in the forums.

-1 it will not be programmable. And I made a topic about the forum chat.

Already planning to do that but not with ingame chat. It'll be something like a public chat custom groups for all official and unofficial groups. And also for tagged member. I'll ask seniors and if they agree with that than it'll be here soon.

We used to have a chatbox but it was abused. Won't be added any time soon.
