Why should it be accepted: There are like 6 or 5 cop ranks and all get same paycheck, should be that bigger rank you are bigger paycheck, it's roleplayish and good

Sure, I see no reason why this should not happen

Plus, it would give more importance to higher ranks in cops, not just for the title appearance.
