Why should it be accepted: It can add another fun little realistic roleplay feature in game.

Explanation-
Players will be allowed to take a loan up to $500,000 from the main bank of Los Santos.
The money will be transferred to the players bank account.
Player must have at least 20 hours gameplay, 200 rob level, 100 sales level (Items or weapons) and arrest level of 40, to use this feature (To avoid abusing it).
A player can take only one loan at a time, the player will not be able to take another loan unless player has payed of the previous loan.
When a player takes a loan, player will have 10 hours of real life total in-game time to pay off the loan.
If player fails to pay off the loan in the given 10 hours, punishment will include-
Spawning as yellow (With a fine)
Cannot purchase vehicles.
Owned Vehicles will be locked.
If player owns house, house will be locked until loan is payed off.


Additional Idea-
Player can take higher amount of loan according to stats.
Players with-
10h gameplay, rob level 100, sales level 50, arrest level 5.
Can take a maximum loan of $50,000. It is also the minimum required stats.

20h gameplay, rob level 200, sale level 100, arrest level 20.
Can take a maximum loan of $100,000.

50h gameplay, rob level 500, sale level 200, arrest level 50.
Can take a maximum loan of $300,000.

100h gameplay, rob level 750, sale level 300, arrest level 100.
Can take a maximum loan of $500,000.

200h+ gameplay, rob level 1000+, sale level 400+, arrest level 300+.
Can take a maximum loan of $1,000,000.

If it is possible to be coded, then this idea is going to add additional fun to the server.
