Several malaysians aiding a ban evader

Reason: Failing to report a ban evader ([Lsrcr]Slam)
Proof: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=57886&p=583948#p583948
Anything else: So when slam reported himself as in the proof, of course these malaysian group know it was him since they know each other irl, and instead of reporting him, they were helping him.

.I've playing this server for 2 years.I've saw all newbies in the server kept abusing commands,breaking server rules and got jailed by admins.But you're not,You must be a ban evader or using an undercover account.
