About first suggestion don't really care, it's not needed, waste of time.
Second, it's horrible. Yea, let newbies spawn in no where, where are no players, thats why new people leave server. When I was new, I was trying to find people and speak with them, play with them, not to play alone.

-1 Dillimore is the only safe place where you can get weapons without people robbing/cuffing you. Just no. There are always San Fierro and Las Venturas for newbie cops to spawn. Unnecessary workload for developers.
