Why should it be accepted:
That suggestion would be great for criminals. A kind of key or safety pin in 24/7. Once you have it, it increases the probability to break cuff. It must be only one time used, as a razor.
Ik that swats won't like it, but it only increases the chance to /bc. Not 100% sure to be successful.

but if it was like the chance to breakcuffs are 65% for example and it can be used twice and shorten the /bc command delay a little bit that would be better right?

i dont think it will be roleplayish, as when u are cuffed IRL, how could u get to the pin/key? like wtf? do u make ur hands magically taller and get to the key and use it? i will go neutral.. but more to -1

There's a trick where you can break the cuffs everytime when a cop cuffs you. It always works for me.

as the /taze is OP and you can't escape that easily.(if it gets added, hopefully that will be added in /dweap as you spawn with wallet and cork, shoguns, so why not and this then? and admin packages)

^ I think it has something to do with using another commands while in the cuffs. Which causes the /bc to work right after I think it's a bug/bad coding. It resets the probability of getting out.

Just a speculation as I've never done this but one time. I was about to get thrown in jail.

I did /w then my message then tried /bc and voila escaped. But didn't have time to try again.

If this is true they need to fix this asap lol. And I better not get in trouble for mentioning this if I'm right cause again I have no clue and it may have been coincidence.
