I'm asking it because if I get from someone money on my PayPal account (for example 15$), I know I will have money, but when I'm donatting, will I have to enter some number of some card?

As Anaas said. Paypal will automatically take the money either from your Paypal account (if you have money on it) or from your bank account. You must have linked your Paypal account with your bank account before of course.
