Suggestion: Make that we are able to taze or cuff (<only one) suspect if he is in helicopter and he break cuffs.
Explanation: So, for example, bank is robbed and robbers come to claude and got the money for bank robbing and they are wanted now. Usually when we spawn, someone says to take a helicopter and go to the claude by it. We came and we drag suspect and we immediately go to the pd or dilimore. And then suspect breaks cuffs and while we are in air, he just jump off the helicopter and kill himself and we cant jail him then...
Reason: Because it happened much times to me and I think to other members. Maybe some of you will say that its overpower, but its not, because if suspect is fast, he can still jump off the helicopter after he /bc, in same second...

Not sure whether this can be scripted or not but -1 anyway, sorry, but this is really OP, one more thing which is how will you taze and cuff him in air if he is falling and you are in a vehicle as well ... just stay low and then, you will avoid his death and be able to taze and cuff him again if he /bc
