Buddy i just fix my computer and now every thing is fix but when im replacing the vechiles mod and after archieve i go in game its not like that its not changing why its remain same its before is infenus in actual why ? And cleo mods like speedometer working why this happening what il do now ?

There are 2 reasons why this is happening;

-Check cleo version and check your mod version ex: "You have cleo 3 and the mod is for cleo 4, or your mod need another file." Check gtamodding.net for cleo mods.
-Check where you have placed the mod, i mean maybe you didn't place it in cleo 3 or 4(your type of cleo). Check where you placed cleo 3 or 4 file.

Check video on YouTube how to fix it.
Btw, why you need mod while you have the original one? Original is da best.
