Why should it be accepted: Well, yes, at the first look, it might be weird, but let's take a deep look at it
First i saw it in another server, and i kept thinking about it, why would he do so?
Let's first put the rules and information then go on later.
-Rules:
You may only purchase an unban twice
You cannot purchase an unban if you have cheated
The unban's price would be 20 USD/Euros.
Now what's the point of it?
Someone who would pay such money to this server must be someone who really likes this server and pays such an amount of money for it, he can't buy the unban too many times (2 times) and the rule that states ''Cheaters will never get unbanned'' will stay.
Another source of money to the server
A chance for other players to play (banned ones who weren't cheating)

Why bother doing it? Why are the rules even added to the game?
I disagree on this.
Also the servers population is going down badly. Mostly ban evaders or wannabe community members but than they leave or go inactive.
