Here is 33.500k, maximum you could get is 20k (. When you would reach 5k then it could be add to your paycheck. My payckeck is is 32.5k and if I reach 3k, I will get nothing, but when I reach 5k, 10k, 15k or 20k it would be added to my paycheck, each 5k can be added, no more no less
I would have 16.500k but only 15k could be added, once I will reach 20k I would get 20k, simply. 20k is very hard to hit, so it would be totaly fair. I think only Spinel and Absynth would have 20k more paycheck for now.

One more thing, you gave this suggestion because you have 24 or more than 24 ribbons, so if this suggestion gets approved then you will be the first who will get advantage. If you want me to understand this more clearly then please concern someone else and re-type it with correct English. Use your Dictionary for once please.

Read again why is suggested it, because ribbons would be more useful and people would do them more and this is roleplayish. I don't suggest it only for me, I suggest it for whole team.
About my english, I know it's bad, but everyone who want to understand it will understand.
