Well as we know there is a problem with the isp TE-DATA
This problem did a lot of problems for the online games and the V.Oip programs as all the Egyptians know the customers support ain't give a fuck for any problem they will keep telling to you to restart or reset your router ....
The problem ain't from your line they just removed some ports that is shared by voip programs and online games , They are controlling your router because it's the router you took from them .
For preventing them from doing that you have 2 solutions , number 1 -- Change your router, buy a new one that not containing te-data
2-- Download an frimware upgrade for your router Just type in google your router type then type frimware upgrade
How to Upgrade the frimware ?
1-go to 192.168.1.1
2- goto to tools tab then try to find frimware from the tab
3- then upgrade it by choosing upgrade from my pc files
4- choose the frimware upgrade that you downloaded
Done !c:D
took me 4 hours to findout this solution after searching and trying alot of solutions , Rate my grammer am trying to keep it up lel

I've suggested every single Egyptian that if they need help on this, come on teamviewer and I'll fix this issue but no, no one needs help :x
Also, I'd suggest VPN on this case. (Seniors permission required)

how would you fix it ?

it's a really weird problem, it isn't from the lines or the internet providers, it's from the router, te-data was giving away routers for the new ppl for joining their isp and the router and the router was made by Huawei but te-data changed some shit so, the fix is to delete the te-data controller from your router settings by downloading the latest firmware for the router but the Huawei 1 like you will change the settings.
to make sure what am doing, go to your router interface the te-data users will find the te-data icon in the page
when you upgrade it you will find the Huawei icon so it's changed.
why would te-data do that from the first?
te-data was just making sure to prevent the users from joining another isp by their router that's all
