Ban evade is the most commonly refered as the hardest rulebreak (besides cheat) with a reason. I think that best thing to do is to give up. 99% of ban evaders stay banned. And no, you can't purchase an unban.
I've checked the database, you were banned by LSRCR administrator [Lsrcr]Invulnerable. We will pass this onto him as soon as possible.

As you got banned for using rapid fire cheat on your previous account and that too by me, so you won't get unbanned.
