As far as I remember Moderators can decide wether they wanna lead this page or not.

I remember back in the days moderators (which i'm not sure if I can say their names) moderated it for a while but than they got banned from the server for reasons.

Funny you mentioned this. I forgot I was an admin of the page and I updated it the other day. I think the like button was removed for the homepage. I'll see if there was a reason fort his, and if not I'll get it readied.
