Sorry for posting here... but there is no proof he came back u just pictured him leaving... u need more proof,as Tortre said better luck next time... so if u don't know
Take pic of them leaving when cuffed,tazed and they leaving and take another pic when they come back ofc that has to be in the next 30 min ( half-hour ) otherwise is not taken as jail evading
