I have strong doubt about this reason, Why would your brother use your account to leave, I think more you decided to leave by your choice and then applied again making some stories. I mean accusing everything that moves in your home just to get an excuse. Even though i really wanna deny this but let's see how the voting goes on

I leave my pc open as well don't means my brother comes and uses my account, And yes i do know not all brothers are the same but that story is just fake, Luckily enough, I believe in letting others have their opinion and giving chances so let members vote

But anyways you are removed from blacklist which does not mean you are in the group you can apply again and have to if you wanna join but after 7 days no sooner than 22/12/15
