Notes(if any): He used black vortex 3 minutes before monster so I'm not sure was it terrorist vortex, but it might be because 2 vortex were missing at base. When he took monster he was driving on other cars and ramming them.

As far as I remember, he doesn't have the rights. If he has the rights then I will make sure from where did he get the rights.
