Additional information: I don't normally report about these things, but Ryder recently posted a topic about this thing and it clearly shows that Alexx doesn't care (I have confirmation from him that he read it), I would've immediately dropped this report if he had apologized or anything basically, but he kept acting smart and telling me to report him. Also, Lacky told me before he arrested that he would arrest but I didn't think he's that bad of a person. I was driving when he jumped at my car.

EDIT: A swat member pmed me saying he also did the same thing to him, wont mention names but please just take care of this.

I to be honest don't find any 'stealing' since you and alexx both had same intentions (Which was the prison lacky), I'd rather call it a teamwork. Also, if a suspect once /bc'ed that means he's not yours anymore. He escaped from the custody and if some other officer arrest him it's legit and fair. Anyways, up to army Generals.
