Why should it be accepted: Most players do /q when i try to kill or arrest them as police. They manage to escape jail this way, because i can't taze or cuff them. I would like, if i hit someone with a gun with a pvp (Only cops to criminals) and the player quits, after he re-joins he would be jailed.
So let me re-explain:
There would be a script, which, when you are an officer and you do damage to a criminal with a gun and the criminal runs the command ''/q'', the criminal would get jailed when he re-joins.

It's simple. Imagine: you're trying to escape from me and im chasing you, im a cop and you're wanted. I shoot you with Sawnoff (i took s/o as an example) and you get damaged and lose health (dosent care, much or bit). After that, im nearly aresting you, but you do /q WITHOUT GETTING CUFFED OR TAZED (it means you survive from the jail). Since you got damaged by me, next time you join server you will be auto-jailed.

I understand what you want to say.
Otherwise,judging by /q after /bc or /su suggestion to disable it,this is also good idea to add,because some wanted players do /q after I am chasing them like 10 minutes.For example I had many situations when I am alone in LV and chasing some1 who is wanted.I manage to take his car down damaging it.After that,if suspect is not big threat to me I start to aim and shot,but before I am able to kill him at 10 HP left,suspect quit server and rejoin again.
Consider all this,I think seniors admins are preparing something like unabled to /kill while you are wanted for /q abuse too.If this be add you will be managed to kill suspects without /q abusing on any way.
