You were clearly instructed that you may not apply before one week after your last denial. You were supposed to apply on 15th March 2016 and you applied one day before it.
If you are not taking the instructions of tester seriously then, I shall increase your applying time.
Now you can re-apply after 2 weeks, which means you can apply on 28th March 2016. Making an application before the date provided will lead you to a black-list. One thing more, when creating an application use the proper format for it. This is not the proper format.
