All your general inquiries, doubts or/and questions can be asked to by the Gambino staff members. These are issues such as; questions, mis-understandings, any problems or/and any issues you may have with a member, suggestions and more. In other words, all simple and general inquires can be asked to by the staff team first.



All your inquiries regarding your ingame rank or/and permissions can also be made to the Gambino staff members. There are issues such as; retrieving your rank, demotions, promotions and etc.



Underboss complaints are to be processed to the Capo Di Bastone , [Lsrcr]Ahmed. The Consigliere or the Don may also be contacted if no direct response is given to you, from the Advisor, within 5 days of sent complaint.



Any serious inquiries can be escalated to the Gambino head staff members. Serious inquiries such as; group/faction wars, rights leakage, vault issues, forum moderation or/and family administration. This also includes agreements.
