You weren't bugged.
I was chasing you in LV, I DBed your car for about 3 minutes, and you didn't lose any health.
You got out of the car, got into a strip club and robbed it. I shot you many times, you didn't lose any health, either. You can't lag that hard/my aim isn't that bad.
Your DL kept flashing from 1000 to 300.
Ribsey banned you, I'm pretty sure he can distinguish lag from hacks.

Your car didn't take damage from Moose's bullets and when I tried damging it, it kept healing itself back to 1000 from 300 (as Moose mentioned). If you were lagging or bugged then it wouldn't go down to 300 and back up to 1000 right away.

You will not be unbanned.
