Suggestion headline: Add a new rule "You are not allowed to cuff a hitman if you are hited (you can cuff only when he is wanted)"
Picture: Keep the picture in this
Spoiler: show
Importance of suggestion: 10/10
Why should it be accepted: It's an unfair advantege for LEOs to cuff a hitman while they are hited, only when they are not wanted.

-1, it's easy not to get cuffed because of the short range.

People who die by suicide don't want to end their lives, they want to end their pain.

There is one written rule which say:
-You can not /cuff a innocent players(including non wanted hitmans) and leave it.
-But however you can left suspect cuffed if he is stalking you or if he is your enemy and want to damage you.

So in my opnion hitman is enemy for victim, and I belive this rules is made as long for leo lefting enemy civilian cuffed as long for hitmans based on thing hitman is bigest enemy with no wanted level.

I think you guys misunderstood me. I mean, when cops cuff you, and then they uncuff you and right after that kill you with S/O or whatsoever. It's bullshit

No Cheating/Abusing which includes:

9. Abuse of cuffs is strictly forbidden. You are, however, allowed to leave a hostile player cuffed.
