Offense(s): he shot me with the tank on purpose and killed me...

Additional information: we were in lsa, me and i think jobin or etjaijai were killing elite, and then bobbi just came with the tank and shot the tank about 3 times, damaged me, and he didn't stop until he killed me...

Your proof doesn't prove anything against him.

No action will be taken due to lack of proofs.
