One time rules test for Newbies

Suggestion headline: One time rules test for newbies

Why should it be accepted: Nowadays Lsrcr is becoming a dm server. Mainly the new peoples are the reason for this problem. They joins without even reading /rules /pc or anything related to Lsrcr server. So I have a suggestion to ask 10 rules related to server when the newbies joins. In my opinion this may solve the problem for a limit. Awaiting for the response of admins and members

I saw this rules test in some other servers... if the user failed quiz then the server will close connection. If he passed he will join the game.
