Why should it be accepted: So here's my thought:

When you go /radio and click "radio" to choose radio station it shows you a list of radio station.
It would be great if there would be a lot more radio stations, each representing one music artist, for example, one of the most requested music artists in /radiorequest is Eminem. Then you would click on Eminem and a list of Eminem songs that have been scripted will be shown. For example it may look like this:

Love the way you lie
Rap God
Love Yourself
Not Afraid
Stan
Mocking Bird

Of course the list may be expanded, Eminem has lot more songs.

Now you could click on one song, let's say you click on Rap God. Rap God will start and then Love Yourself will go then Not afraid and basically a loop would be made. If you click on Not Afraid, you'd start a new loop starting from Not Afraid(I'm talking about infinite loop).
For the artist list, Eminem should be added because it's one of the most /radiorequest-ed artists.
Now people may say which artist they'd like and then you admins(if you decide to accept this suggestion)decide which artists you'll script and which songs(try to put the most popular songs of a certain artists ofc xd).
I'll start with Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus.

One last note: This DOESN'T make DJs useless for a simple reason that there are too many artists and songs for server developers to script, so there will still be radiorequests, but it will at least help out a bit who don't want to wait for their songs for ages and can access their songs quickly and easily if their artist and song they want is scripted.
This will surely take some time for developers to make, but if you find time and decide to at least slowly work on it song by song, artist by artist, I think it would be helpful.

This would be pretty great if implemented. But my question is whether it can be scripted to work like that loop thing you asked for. Perhaps we make one long mp3 file and put all of that up

Radio DJ can make games and do random shit to entertain the listeners or play songs for those who don't have a specific song in mind.

Yes, I thought of that too. If it can't be scripted to loop then just make a long file like you said.

+1, but I would also suggest this: make a command which we can use to stream certain Radio station or media file on the internet when we have headphones on or when we are in a vehicle. There are surely radio stations dedicated to specific artists and we could for example type this:
/stream [insert media file/radio station link here]
I think this would be good as well.

Exactly, and that's a problem :/. When you wear headphones, you listen to songs as long as you're alive

There should be a system that if you use /radio you can hear it if you are close to the car.



However the last part to my comment was kinda meant to imply that this suggestion wouldn't be too hard to implement yet I failed set it up correctly LOL

I think to listen to the same track over and over, it is more ideal to repeat a YouTube track, a .mp3 file on loop (into the USER TRACKS of gta sa, the old fashioned way).

My opinion for the reason of voting -1 is that the idea for radio is to be a live cast. The Ls-rcr DJ will get less attention if this function would be available as /requestsong will be less in demand.

I guess the real issue about radio is that MOST of all radio stations are unavailable due to invalid streaming link, or old links. They should be updated.

I guess the real issue about radio is that MOST of all radio stations are unavailable due to invalid streaming link, or old links. They should be updated.

Usually you can PM tamer and it will get fixed that day, though I don't know if he is active like that these days.

Just PM him with a website to an online radio to replace the outdated one, same with suggestions for new ones.

It's how I got RockRadio1 added.
