The robbery reward depends on two factors, your current civilian skill and whether or not you're a friend of Claude. Friends of Claude are eligible for the double of the reward (anyone who purchases supplies are considered a friend of Claude). For the civilian skill, players who who play as Con Artist will be eligible for a slightly higher reward.

The current reward is fine and I do not see any point in changing it.
