Reason: These 4 months as Warrant Officer were just a waste of time, I swear. While Kaos was Commander, everything was perfect and I was very satisfied with his way of leading this faction, but after his resignation, everything got worse. Basically, he could do everything alone (of course some members of staff team helped him), but now you all together can't do what he could do alone. If there was no me WO for these 4 months, I believe you would get collapsed because I was the only active person, I was taking care of applications all the time whilst Wajeeh and Hashish didn't do shit. Wajeeh somehow got promoted to HWO after being inactive for 4-5 months probably lol. Hashish is Captain and I don't see what is he actually doing (he could take care of applications at least if it's so hard to come 15-20 minutes on server daily), but no, that's too hard for him as well. When I wanted some changes, I was ignored. When I wanted to help you, I was ignored. Kaos, I'm very sorry if I disappointed you in any way, but I was indeed happy when you promoted me to WO rank. I think I actually understand now why your PM's subject was "Ne može to tako". Last month I purposely went inactive just to see how will SWAT work without me because I knew it will be hard without me and I wasn't surprise with your work. Even CresP made a new topic in our section and asked why are we losing applicants. It took you at least 2 days to post testing template and 4 days to test applicant while I could do it all alone within a day. I'm not bragging now, but I just want to say that your activity is just not good enough for your ranks.

Anyway, I lost interests in SAMP and I really don't care for this server anymore. Main reason of my resignation is your disappointment. I was a part of this great faction for 1.5 years and it was such a wonderful time and pleasure being in this faction with great Commander(s). CresP, you're good guy and I hope we will keep in touch via Facebook, CXdur - thank you a lot of giving me an opportunity to play on this server again, but I just got bored of it.

Hey man, its really sad to see you leaving. I can understand what you went through but its not my fault, its just the system. When kaosx along with many other members resigned, system went down because kaosx was handling everything alone and there was no replacement for him. I thought of leaving the faction but i couldn't see SWAT suffering like that, so i decided that i will be an active WO and thought that i could manage applications and everything. There were no problems for the several few months, but i got bored of testing the applicants alone, lost the interest in server and went inactive. After some months, the Staff went low on members and they had none experienced enough for the position so they asked me if i would monitor the WO team and be active again. I accepted the offer thinking that i might develop interest in the game again and here i am now.
Just go inactive for some months, come back when you feel like playing again. I am trying to change the system and bring more WO's than usual. I know that if only 1 or 2 WO's take all the load, they would end up loosing the interest and leave the faction/server. Everyone has important things to do in life, and they should also enjoy the game instead of testin all the time and getting frustrated..
And about Captains, its the same from kaosx time. You can't blame them as they don't have any real duty lol..
Take my advice, don't leave the team yet. Go inactive for some time and come back if you feel better again, else you can resign anytime
