Where does the bug appear: server
When did the bug appear: While playing as undercover cop.

Describe the bug: When you are undercover cop, and you kill a wanted player with drive-by.
You get forced to take rules test and also you get auto-jail for deathmatch. (2nd time)
No rewards on killing cops as Undercovercop through drive-by.

Another Bug: /fine command is not working
