It's a client-sided bug, nothing to do with the Server.

It happens especially when you are in an interior and you tabbed.

It happened to me last time , When you are robbing some stores , then you have tabbed. After you have come-back in game .That will happen.

I believe this is a client-sided bug, don't think this has anything to do with the gamemode.
