Offense(s): He stole my suspect

Additional information: I know that he hates me that's why i'm sure it wasn't a mistake... I tazed the suspect and /cuff'ed him then when typing /drag, He came with his car and jumped out of it and stole him with /ar command, And if the Screenshot isn't good enough, I have a spectator Cop if you want him.
