Why should it be accepted: In LEO, there is a CIA that can disguise as a Civilian/White Name as well as in the radar. To add the fun for the donators, They can buy a Criminal Disguise Pass, they can use this pass when they are wanted. This concept is different from CIA because the disguise will only last 2 - 5 minutes and the cool down will be 60 seconds.

In my opinion, the Criminal Disguise Pass can be use in different ways:
1. They can issue the command /ddisguise to change their name color into White/Blue.
2. There will be a building that only those who have pass can enter and :
2.1. There will be a checkpoint to change their name color into White/Blue.
2.2. There will be a checkpoint to change their skin into a Cop and their name would be White so it won't be hard to identify that they are just disguising.

The benefits of this suggestion is/are:
1. Players will be donating if they like the new donation item.
2. More fun in the server.
