Samp issue

Hello.
Recently I deleted some of the files from my PC and then on he next day I tried to open my SAMP
When I clicked on the connect button,it showed that the vobris.DLL is missing from your computer.
I reinstalled my samp from a compressed setup which I downloaded from media fire.
After the setup completed downloading,I opened samp and it said that bass.DLL is missing from your computer.next day when I opened my samp,it opened the single player game and then I enabled the compability mode for both singleplayer and samp and tried to restart the game so it showed the report crash problem.
Now I want a solution for it or a link from where I can download San Andreas

Download the file which shows as missing and put it in your San Andreas root folder.
