Your name: NiLiKoS.
Suggestion headline: update the /ask system
Picture: Keep the picture in this
Spoiler: show
Importance of suggestion: 9/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: Well, at the moment community supporters receive questions and they try to respond as soon as possible but I do notice that the person who states a question gets 2-8 replies.
We try to answer as soon as possible but it leads to situations like the example below;

Player: *asks something server related*
Community supporters: *Responds as quick as possible*
result: 10 supporters gave the same or even different answers.

For a new player, it must be quite annoying that when you state a question you can get up to 5 different answers.
  • I'd suggest making a new command, for example /ahr (AcceptHelpRequest).
    This command will allow you to get into a personal conversation with the player who stated a question. You would be able to respond using /adr.
  • When a community supporter accepted your question, /adr will be available for the person who stated the question in order to communicate with the supporter.
  • After the answer has been given you can use a cmd like /hrf (HelpRequestFinished) and the help request is over wich means you can accept another request.
Regards,

I don't think there's any point in making this more complicated, Sometimes a supporter will also give a player the wrong answer and this will make it harder for these answers to be corrected. I'll consider making some other additions for the supporters though.
