Multiple /grouprank bugs

When did the bug appear:Since /grouprank got added I suppose
Describe the bug:

Bug 1: Only leaders (rank 6) can set offline ranks.
I think it should be fixed for rank 4-5 as well only allow them to adjust ranks below them just as it currently works.

Bug 2: When you select an online member from your group you select a bank security guard instead.

Bug 3: Can't describe in public since it allows you to spawn as an akatsuki member.

1. This isn't a bug, currently there are more reasons as to why it is like this. Firstly, it's something we decided to give only to the group owner, and secondly one reason as to why we did this is because it could sometimes take a bit to process, and if a lot of players use this at the same time it probably wouldn't be too good. This is why it is so restricted.

2. This should only happens if you fail to select a player by username / player id. This will be fixed however.

EDIT: if number 3 is related to kicking a player from a group then this is fixed too.
