Offense(s): I was up to cop-hunting temporarily when he started shooting with hunter's RPG/Minigun for more than half an hour, He was abusing /su(rrender) command for more than twenty times and I had to ask Robin for recording as an evidence also he witnessed his actions. He started shooting with RPG/Minigun from Los Santos International, Pershing Square, Jefferson also different areas included and There was a previous reporter, Newbie who reported him already but he was lacking evidence, though, He is not even aware of the rules while holding temporary associate rights which is disappointing and he was still having fun in shooting me via Hunter's RPG/Minigun while there was a crowd of innocent civilian players.

Additional information: He's misusing his temporary associate rights given by the High Command or General which is not tolerated and he's playing the way he loves without focusing or abiding by the rules.

Okay so...

I got PM'd by Shep that he was being chased and under attack by XTCPekanbaru, using a Hunter.
I flew to it with the Hydra (which I was already in at that moment) and I saw it happening, XTCPekanbaru was shooting Shep (MB/BMX user) with the Hunter's rockets.

This is what I saw that happened, nothing much more nothing much less.

But no civilians there, which affected my shots, and i'm already to /su him.I have chased him about half an hour and I have not been able to get because he was using the bike.
