Why should it be accepted: It would help those who want a break from criminal activities for sometime but dont want to /kill themselves loose 1 score etc .. so if they meet the requirements of becoming a temp they will just go to LSPD, LVPD, SFPD there they will find a check point .. once the pass from it they will become a temporary cop but they will not be given access of all of the cop commands as they are temporary cops like they wont be able to purchase free guns from checkpoint at LSPD, LVPD (lykwim)..
